How is a 'minute' counted?

A minute is counted from when the call connects to when it ends. If a call lasts 45 seconds, it counts as 1 minute. Partial minutes are rounded up.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do unused minutes roll over?

Monthly minutes do not roll over. However, annual plan users receive a carry-forward of up to 20% of unused minutes.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes. Growth plan comes with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Enterprise customers get a customised proof-of-concept period.

What telephony providers are supported?

We support Twilio, Plivo, Exotel, MSG91, and Tata Tele out of the box. Enterprise customers can bring their own telephony provider.

Is my data stored in India?
